Default Small Fiber PN

I realize this is an old paper ('02) and may well be recorded in the stickies or another thread but I'm still learning and reading so I thought it was a very nice capsule synopsis of SFPN with which many of the members struggle.

Default Very nice

alkymst,
It really describes well, but is slightly outdated. They now add Sjogren's Syndrome to the systemic causes of small fiber sensory neuropathy. Wish they'd update all the papers. It would save a lot of us a lot of searching and money.

But thanks very much for this link. It's a good description of the pain.
