Default Neuropathy treatment centers? Real? Waste of money?

I've looked up se places that claim to be able to heal neuropathy or reduce it like the Nashville neuropathy center. Anybody been to one if these? Guessing they r probably a sham cus nobody has posted about them but thought I would ask.

The term "Sham" might be a little harsh, as I'm sure some people are helped by the treatments they offer. But the ones I've looked at are "alternative medicine" type clinics. They may use laser or IR treatments, chiropractic treatments, acupuncture, massage, essential oils, etc.

I've been going to a general alternative medicine clinic and have been getting laser and acupuncture for a couple months without any noticeable improvement. I'm sure everyone's experience will vary. It's generally not going to be covered by insurance, but if you have the financial means it might be worth a try. Just keep your expectations low and don't mortgage the house to pay for it.

They are probably helpful if your neuropathy is due to diabetes.
