What parts of the nerve hurt during healing?

What parts of the nerve hurt during healing?

I'm still trying to hold out hope that my injured nerves will heal. My needle sites along my spine ( neck and back ) still hurt AloT then the pain radiates out in lines. If there is healing happening would these sites still hurt until the entire length of the neve is healed or would the pain stop here once this part was healed?
