Default nerve entrapment within a muscle?

ok more questions.

The likelihood of this is one in a million....but I'll ask anyway. Can a nerve be entrapped in a muscle?

my biceps (both, that's why I feel it's so unlikely) feel like they have a cramp in the middle. then from that point and down my arms burn, tingle, prickle, twitch etc etc. my biceps feel sore and it feels good while I massage them (then burn later). Could I have a nerve trapped there? It's like there are these invisible lines on my arms (and legs) that mark the start of the horrible feelings.

I was thinking of all of these ideas too, but being that you are bilateral and everywhere like me- I don't think. Don't your legs have similar stuff?

Yeah, it does seem unlikely - but do a google search on "nerve gliding" or "nerve flossing". You can find lots of videos on exercises to help with these types of issues. I don't know - it might be a bunch of BS, but if nothing else, doing the research and trying the exercises might help take your mind off some of the other things you have going on.

Best Wishes
