Default Inflammatory PN/Neuritis and rib pain?

Ok all, new weird symptoms today:

Coming home from work, both sides of my ribs hurt so bad, out of nowhere. I can barely touch my rib cage. Also, on my left (problem arm), my pinky and ring finger went numb, for quite a while.

But why would my rib cage hurt so bad like this? When I press a little on my spine in my neck, it hurts, like the bone part. And also my ribs, pressing on the bones hurt. I also have tingles/vibrations in my face cheeks. Anyone have an idea? Maybe the nerve inflammation/neuritis (that is supposedly what I have) is still there and spread? Is this serious?
