I have the exact same thing as you, before my neuropathy began, i would notice my "pulse" moving my entire body, almost like a robotic tremor. I had an ekg done, but it was normal. I looked elsewhere online, some people said it was due to being skinny, where your more likely to feel your pulse than someone who is heavier. i also have a fast heart rate, 100bpm+
