Default Symptoms same on both sides

I wonder about rsd/ crps sometimes. My symptoms are the same in both sides of my body. Like In both legs it feels like I have a ban wrapped around my leg halfway up my calf and above my knee. At these places the pulsing and twitching and pain is particularly bad. Is this mirroring ? Or do think it's a result of acupuncture being in same spots in both sides of body? Same thing in arms, back and face

It is a fairly common symptom of peripheral neuropathy, I have often written here of feeling like an ace bandage is wrapped too tightly around my feet and legs. I have at times even had that feeling around my rib cage, but have found Baclofen to help with that. It doesn't seem to help with the tightness in my legs.
Peripheral neuropathy is usually bilateral so it is logical that the symptoms would be on both sides.

I wonder about that too.
My stuff is on both sides as well but much much worse on the left. If it makes you feel any better, yesterday when I was at the dr., he seemed pleased that my symptoms were on both sides. Maybe I imagined it, but he looked relieved. It was very important for him to know that my face pain and ear pain was both sides and that my shaky hands were both sides.
