I am a little jealous, I always wanted to dabble in writing. Facing pain as you are is courageous. I hope you are doing your best not to injure yourself. I would think a good stretching routine every time? Post your link here once in a while so we can read whether you have bitten off too much or whether excersizing to tolerance is a correct pathway.
