Default band-like feeling in limbs

Hello,

I have a band like feeling in both arms and legs (symptoms are worse below this "band") It feels like permanent cramps. I massage the areas as much as I can (massage really makes me flare, so I do it gently and carefully). But I can never seem to get rid of these "cramps". What is this? anything helpful to help reduce this?

Have you explored more of our forums & sticky threads on each to see if something else fits, it is possible to have more than one condition too.
Autoimmune, neuromuscular etc??
You may need to find a really good doc that looks at all of your symptoms and tests - and tries to figure it out..

I think I might have the same thing. Do you mean the muscles feel tight? And with the cramps...it feels like a tight pain/soreness of the feeling the muscle is about to cramp (contract and lock up) but never does?

Good idea! But honestly, the word/topic of neuromuscular is scary and gave me a hot flash when I read it. My fault though, I'm super anxious and full of panic lately.
