I have small fiber neuropathy in my feet and worse, in my finger tips. It drives me crazy when I button a shirt, turn a book page or play the piano.
Has anyone had any success with therapies or alternative treatments? |

Unfortunately, there's no magic bullet that can help with all forms of SFN. The best way to treat SFN is to resolve the underlying cause. (And to make it even more challenging, its often difficult to determine what the underlying cause is.)
You came to the right place though. Start reading and asking questions. Some of the things you can do include improving your diet and lifestyle and taking some supplements to protect and heal the nerves. You may need to turn to medications as well, if you have pain that is impacting your life. Hopefully, you'll be able to find whats causing your SFN, and begin to improve it. |
