I have tried it, it was a while ago, I'm not positive but I think I ordered it from Swanson. It did not do anything for me.

I did a little research on lion’s mane last year but decided not to try it. The nerve benefits sound great until you realize that there are very few supporting studies, most of which seem to be in vitro experiments and studies on animals. There were also reviews I read on several sites where some users reported elevated liver enzymes after taking this product.

some people cant tolerate mushroom, because some contain liver toxins in them(mild to dangerous)

I've considered this for Femoral Nerve Damage I deal with, but have not purchased it,,,I usually give something 3 months trial, but one poster said 6 months and no help.

I'm working with Spingolin and Inosine right now....on about 2 weeks with these...

My whole right thigh is dead from hip replacement nerve damage!!!!!!!!!!!
