10 days left to my CT. Exesise seems to lessen my symptoms (yoga helps the most) with the face insensitivity. But the sluggish pupil still scares me. It happens only a few times a day and disappears . The pupils are ttotally responsive to light but the left one is sometimes like 20% smaller.. Hate htat I try to live as healthy as possible but my body sabotages me constantly

Taurine's monograph on Wiki mentions improving retinal functions and stabilizing membranes (as in nerves) so it might be helpful for you. As long as you do not use lithium, taurine is a fairly benign thing to try, and inexpensive too.

I'd go for 1 or 2 grams a day in divided doses and see if you have any benefits within 2 or 3 months.

I get my Taurine on Puritan's Pride site. But it is available on most discount online places too. Amazon, iherb.com vitacost and swanson's.

Also could my symtoms be caused by pinched or blocked nerve? It all.started in thailand when i was carrying a lot of weight constantly on my shoulders...

Also, my facial numbness got way better with exesise, yoga..

I am not goin to start a new thread for this.. I just moved my head a little too quickly and i felt short (2 second) exreme like electric pain originating from trapesius travelling trough left side of my neck into my head where it felt warm for a second. This happend a.few times before.. Ever experienced this?

Sounds something a scan might reveal. It could be a trapped nerve or some form neuropathy.

My bet is on trapped nerve. Have had the trapped nerve before. Right now I cannot nod my head to the side much. Neck hurts on the same side I have all the problems. A doctor on one site said this:

"Pupillary changes can be caused by neck problems as the nerves controlling pupil dilation pass through this area. "

Can anyone confirm this? I know my MRI results will come in a few days and I will hopefully know, but I am exploring all the possibilities.

So a neurologist said my mri is an example of a healthy brain. wooo. super. but now I have to search for the issue that is causing my troubles... Blood analysis is my next step...
