Default Nerve Fix and/or Myelin Sheath Support

Any of you have tried Nerve Fix or Myelin Sheath Support? I am diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy due to auto-immune (ulcerative colitis). I am thinking about trying them.

I tried nerve fix for about two months and found no change. But I'm pretty sure I'm a severe case... My cousin had some milder nerve issues and it did help
