Hi Madisongrrl,

Are you still using LDN for your SFN and if so how helpful has it been?

This just arrived. From what I understand it works best for autoimmune issues. Didn't work for me...one day it felt great and no more. I've read MS patients use it with benefits.

Fibromyalgia Symptoms Are Reduced by Low‐Dose Naltrexone: A Pilot Study - this paper in pain medicine shows that it is most effective in patients with raised inflammatory markers. It's probably not going to help unless you have an autoimmune neuropathy, the majority do not.
