Fibromyalgia Symptoms Are Reduced by Low‐Dose Naltrexone: A Pilot Study - this paper in pain medicine shows that it is most effective in patients with raised inflammatory markers. It's probably not going to help unless you have an autoimmune neuropathy, the majority do not.
