Default Pain worse at night

Does anyone know if there is a scientific reason why most PN gets worse at night?

Luckily my husbands does not, and never has. I know, I know, he should be happy and he is.

But just wondered why he should be the reverse of 99.9% of the postings I see.

Thank you.

Linda
