Default feet turning purple

Hello,
I have already mentioned this to my doctor, but since they can feel my pulses okay on my feet, there was no remark.
Could this be the SFN?
TIA

Like blood pooling? darkish, or a pale lavender color?
does color change when you elevate legs above heart?

Thank you for your quick response.

Light lavender and it happens when I am sitting, standing, and lying.

I have not tried to elevate above my heart.

I think light lavender/bluish would be loss of blood flow then and not pooling blood..
I don't know about PN and this sx, but RSD/CRPS have skin /blood flow /color changes often...
It may be a sort of autonomic disorder response..

It could be Raynauds like symptoms. I get it in my fingers and it started right before my SFN symptoms hit. My fingertips will sometimes turn light purple.

I just posted a link but it doesn't open...if you google:

feet turning blue etc...you will find info, sorry the link I posted wouldn't open. Some do when I post things and others don't...

I'd like you to read this, so do a search with this:

Now and then when I'm feeling more crappy, I will take higher dosing for a while...I like Muscadine Grape Seed 500mg caps and some days take at least 2.

For really chronic issues, it's recommended to take loading doses for a while to start to KNock out the issues...then a maintenance dose.

Hi,
I am sorry, but I do not understand.

Are you saying that the grape seed caps will help with the turning purple?

Thank you.

Wish I knew what was going on. Mine are turning purple too. Sometimes they are so purple they look almost grey.
