I know a lot of folks who make their own mag oil. I've used it a lot over the years, never made my own...tends to irritate some areas of my skin. I use DMSO for many years and dilute the 99% solution about 70/30 with distilled water. Helps ease my joint pain. I'm a member of a yahoo DMSO group and everyone is fine on DMSO. I'm trying a bottle of Mortons on my next Amazon order. Later all.

Since I'm taping my knee and ankle, I don't use the topicals I used so much now. Gotta buy more tape thou.

How does taping help?

Primarily, stability of joints. I sleep with taping and can walk much better in the morning after a night's sleep. You can find a lot of info on taping on the net. Many PT's and chiro's use it. And many learn how to use it on their own, videos, instructions, youtubes online.

Thank you. By better do you mean more stable or less pain. Does it help with foot pain at all?
