They are doing much research on ALS. It is amazing that Stephen Hawking has lived so long. Hopefully, there will be something found that will help.

At least there are many treatments available for many types of cancer. The only treatment protocol for neuropathies is symptom management, a vegan diet and light to moderate exercise which as we know, is nowhere near adequate.

Same here. If I push myself even slightly on a day when I can workout, I am in bed for the next three days or more recovering.

I was going to reply the same thing in reference to jurgens975's post, but you said it. When I tell my doctors this, they look at me like I'm crazy. Yes, if I over do it on a good day, I, too, am in bed for 3 days. What good is that? :confused:
