Teeth Swollen feet

Hi everyone , quick question about neuropathy and feet . I try to keep my feet elevated at night ( easier said than done ) . I'm also on water pills . My family doctor wrote me a script for compression socks. All this to try a reduce the swelling in feet and ankles . Have to make an appointment for the socks . Found out there very expensive (30 to 50 a pair ! )here's my question : are there any other ideas to help reduce the swelling ? Thank you Jim... Everyone have a positive day😊

I also was given a script for compression socks for my venous insufficiency. When I looked into them and found out the cost....no way! I'm sure people on Medicare can get them at no cost, but with my deductible, I would have paid $80 for a pair. Hard to fit legs might be another reason to go with custom fit ones, but I don't have that problem.

I get my socks from this place online. They have all the name brands, but I think their own less expensive private brand is just fine. Lots of styles and varieties too. Go to the "Compression Therapy" option and select other options from there. Just make sure you get the compression your doctor prescribed if you go this route.

Hi, I absolutely know grape seed extract reduces/eliminates fluid/edema. I'm headed to 20 yrs on grape seed extract this Sept. I had two bouts of edema, one from BP meds and the other from hip replacement surgery....both times I upped the dose and the edema gone.

I would not be without grape seed ex in my arsenal for health care.

Here is the positive results for a double blind, placebo-controlled, crossover trial of GSE for swelling/edema.
