Default Liposomal b12 anyone?

I've just started a liposomal methylcobalamin 5,000 mcg with 100 mcg methylfolate. Has anyone tried this formula? It's supposed to be a very good delivery system. I'm on it about a week and I'm getting pins and needles where I usually get burning.

Wink

Liposomal may allow you to use less (lower dose). But if you are just starting, that is not really an issue. Over time you may be able to lower this 5000mcg dose.

It does sound interesting. And it sounds like you are healing.
I went from numb to pins and needles, and then to no symptoms when I had my thyroid treatment for hypothyroidism.

What brand is it?

Tnx mrsD. That's encouraging. I'm using this:

Dr Ben Lynch sources his b12 in Spain in the only facility he could find that doesn't use solvents to extract it, an important consideration in lifetime use.
