One foot all the time, the other on and off. I can't wear thong, flip flops as they drive the nerves thus me crazy. I tried the expensive route, the planning etc...but oddly enough some on sale with openings seem to work best. The ventilation is great when they get hot and when I get cold I can use socks. The right socks. I've had to stop, sit and rip off socks. I did find a pair of slipper socks that my feet seem to tolerate.

After I started using Mortons Epsom Salt Lotion on my feet, I could use my sheets again. This symptom lasted about six months and then something else took top billing. I no longer have to use the lotion. Good Luck, Ken in Texas.

Hi dreamer. My tingling/burning is pretty constant but at varying degrees. Walking doesn't bother me as much as standing or sitting. Definitely worse at night with added stabs of random pain and twitches and/or muscle pulling (not cramps.) Gratefully I can stand the burning during the day as long as I don't have a flare-up so I only take meds at night for now to help sleep. I have also found Morton's Epsom Lotion to be a wonderful help.

Default Another cause - B12D

Mine was caused by a B12 deficiency that was undiagnosed for years. Foot pain was for more than a year so getting treatment did not reverse it.

Hi, sounds interesting, do you have a picture, or a product link?

Default try magnesium lotion

Had a flare up as you describe a few nights ago. Put on Kirkman's Epsom Salt (magnesium sulfate) lotion and it soon calmed down and was able to sleep.
