Default Humid today with morning fog

Well, this is yucky too.

A familiar yucky. Lots of feet burning, tingling and the humidity does me no favors. It saps my energy and seems to be the swap out for the ache that the cold rain wrought last week.

Last week.

It is likely to ping pong back next week, surely. Lovely.

This is the sort of day that everyone was "yeah, but humid day" talking about in the other thread.

I agree, no fun. Stay cool wherever you are if it is anything near you like it is here.

Jon

I'm with you. I had been thinking my horrible episodes are related to exercise but I now think it's the heat and humidity. I've been walking for exercise and the temperatures is out of control in South Florida and I doubt there will be much relief before November

The heat can be hard but for me with my extreme weight loss it's the cold I fear. I'm often chilly at 77 degrees or even 80 and wearing clothes is not comfortable. So I mostly stay home with in my underwear and play my ukulele to keep warm.

My Dad saw me in a jacket early AM last week and did a double take. What is essentially a life time ago I used to hit late October before I rolled my sleeves down.

I like neither "extreme" very much. 70 spunds pretty good to me, 67 if I could pin point, though permission to move the dot in this fantasyland of world thermostat, hah.

I just made a homemade mac n cheese for a coworker's birthday. What a poor choice of dishes and days to prepare it, but my wife said I nailed it. Not bad for not being able to taste seasoning.

Humid with morning fog was not meant as double entendre, folks .
