I have a histamine thread on the subforum above.
Foods are big triggers... there are histamine containing foods, and histamine releasers. So keeping a food diary may be helpful. Tomatoes are a common culprit with burning, and so are potatoes. They contain an alkaloid solanine, which is getting more attention today, as causing intolerances. Fish that is less than fresh, contains histamine, due to bacterial actions on the flesh.
