Question

Does eating too much salt have anything to do with this?

I saw this post but thought oh it's circulation. But reading it today I thought HypoT. A couple of the many symptoms of HypoT are cold extremeties. I have a friend who takes Synthetic thyroid and her hands are always cold...We play bridge and when I touch her hands, ouch cold. I tell her it's underactive thyroid but she does nothing about it. Feels she's too old to make anymore changes.

I went 10 long years not getting my thyroid "supported" due to those labs. I had symptoms but docs for the most part go by the numbers. Before labs came in the 70's, docs gave thyroid meds due to symptoms. There are over 60 symptoms of HypoT.

Found this link and thought I'd post it...one review from a lady was good too.

I think so. It came on pretty hard in 2014. It was not as bad in 2015. This SFN crap does strange things to your body.

Smile hotties

I have cold feet too at times and use hot water bottles with soft, furry covers. It really helps ease the discomfort. Just be careful if ýou have numbness about how hot you have them.

Talking Grabber Toe Warmers

I use these in winter weather. They have adhesive backing, which holds them in place. I order 40-80 pair per year. DH uses a few pair. I use most of them.

Be careful, esp if you have difficulty sensing temperature. These can get very warm. Be aware of just how warm.

I also buy lots of wool socks from Wigwam and layer my socks.

It's been a cold winter here in SO. CA, and it could be I'm just getting older and don't move as I have all my life.

Grape Seed Extract does work on our circulation overall. And I've been taking it for years.

Every night and morning I rub my feet with Ultra Tiger Balm and add some Vicks on top of that and on go the socks...Of course, to rub and massage the feet when you can.
