My experience with the tens machine
 

I bought mine through Amazon for $25.00. It has helped me greatly with muscle cramps and twitching. I was woken last night because of twitching. I used it for 10 minutes and the twitching was gone and did not come back. It also helps with the burning for me while I use it but the burning comes back after I stop.

I also bought the separate sock that can be attached to the tens machine. It works but I find it to be stronger. The intensity can be lowered and there are several modes you can choose from but it is still harder for me to use because it almost hurts.

My only issue is my skin in certain spots gets irritated. The irritation goes away eventually. I definitely will trade some irritation for twitching any day :D

Tens 7000 works wonders for me. Get the silver thread socks. I own two of them because I never want to be without it. I use it on pulse lately, just before bed to increase circulation to the calf and feet. This helps greatly with leg cramping in the night. Plus it feels neat.

I finally broke down and bought one of these, and just wore it for the first hour. I wasn't expecting to feel anything different right away based on what I read, but I definitely did.

It's really kind of funny because I almost felt confused about what I was feeling. The only thing I was sure I was feeling was the current produced by the TENS unit. Everything else was muddied, including my ever-present symptoms in my toes, feet and legs.

It just cut off after an hour, and I could immediately feel all the "normal" weirdness again.

As the night goes on my symptoms should worsen, and it will be put to a bigger test. But as of right now, I'm encouraged. :)

I had a chiropractor use one on me for headaches. I was amazed at how well it worked.

I think I might get one. :winky:

I'm in absolute shock how well it's working for me, and I know I'm one of the lucky ones.

I played golf in ridiculous heat today, and was flaring badly when I got home. The relief is near instantaneous when I strap the unit on.
