Default A unique podcast about SFN called Dear Friends and Family

Here is a podcast from a guy who is in another one of my online SFN groups. Lex acquired full body SFN in an abrupt fashion. He can't stand for more than 15 minutes and has a hard time leaving the house due to pain. His wife, Patty, is his full time caretaker and also has fibromyalgia herself. Ironically enough, I think Lex's punch biopsy was negative even though his SFN is so severe. They also interview other people who have chronic pain and various challenges.

Here is the link to the show in iTunes:

If you don't do iTunes, you can stream the podcast here:

Here Lex and Patty are interviewed on Lyme Voice and they go into detail about how they deal with Lex's full body SFN and Patty's fibro:

I heard the show a few weeks back. very good listen. Good to hear people who are going thru what you are, makes you feel less crazy and isolated for sure.
