Default Compressive PN? new guy........

Hello Everybody; New to this forum. Not sure where to start but here goes. I am a 63 yr old male, have always been in good health, non smoker, do have a beer occasionally. Was diagnosed with PN a couple of years back. You all know the drill, felt like I had been standing on hot concrete all day. Was marginally annoying at first. mainly my left foot Recently seems to be progressing, lil bit of burning in my shins. Got the old feels like a glove on my lower left leg thing going on. Am taking 150mg Lyrica daily. Also, a little over a year ago, went to the Chiro and was diagnosed with DDD and sciatica. I sit at a computer doing home plans for 36 to 40 hours a week. I am thinking this is all related somehow. On weekends when I am up moving around doing things I don't notice the PN nearly as much. Might be that I am distracted or that I am just moving and not being sedentary. My PN also seems to be worse during the day. The longer I sit the more I feel it. In fact it doesn't seem to disturb my sleep at all so far, not anymore that the prostate thing does anyway (I do take Ropinirole for inherited RLS). It also seems that the longer I sit at the computer everyday the worse I feel. Also it seems progressively worse the longer the week goes. I told my Neurolgist about having to sit so much each day and his words were "I feel sorry for you." Wanted to slap the man........it was like he didnt want to take any of this into consideration....maybe he's right I don't now. Anybody out there with any input would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance............
