Question I have some questions on vitamins for pn

Well, my neuro told me today that I don't have large fiber nerve damage. He said that it may be small fiber nerve damage. He said that it's not cerebral/stroke related as well. Anyway, he also told me to take b1 100 mg thiamine and b12 500 mcg. When it comes to benfothiamine vs thiamine, methylcobalamin b12 vs cyn b12, R lipoic acid stabilized vs non- non-stabilized, which forms are better to take? The nerve damage may have come from cocaine use.
