Jon,
My sleep pattern is just like yours.
I often roam the house at night with my IPAD, going from spare bedroom to recliner in living room with pit stops in the kitchen for snacks.....all so as not to wake my husband with the flashing lights on the IPAD. I feel like a ghoul tiptoeing around in the dark with the just the glow of the IPAD for light!

I take lorazepam most nights.

Luther is a favorite on Netflix but certainly NOT conducive to sleep.
If you are really nuts(like me), try Dexter...the lovable serial killer.

I did just watch the Glen Campbell documentary....he is very courageous and taught a lot of folks about Alzheimer's.

Recently became addicted to the app Monument Valley.

My best to all my insomniac buds!
Love, D.

Dexter is my all time favorite. My husband got me a Dexter calendar a few years back and I had the December picture framed and put in my study. Prior to that series I never would watch anything bloody on TV. Boy have I changed!

Thanks for the Luther recommendation. I have been watching 'Blacklist" on Netflix lately. It is fast paced, a little improbably but watchable if you like crime drama. If you like serial killer ones "The Fall" and "The Killing" are good.
