Default the cause - what do you think?

Hello So I was thinking about what caused my neuropathy ... End of january I had an enterovirus (diarrheia, fever, headache, vertigo). It lasted for three days. Than everything was ok. In the end of March I started to work in kindergarden, I had sore throat... 14th of April I had an test (TCD with Valsalva), where they give you in your arm an injection of 9ml agitated saline and 1ml of air mixed together, small air bubbles. The same day I was tested for the presence of phospholipid antibodies, the result was anticardiolipin IgG was 24 (low to moderate positive). After one week, so 21th of April I began to feel weird ... burning sensation in my upper back and chest, lasted for two das. Troponin was ok, other blood work ok, blood pressure ok, I was very pale, heart rate was about 115, feeling of anxiety in my chest, x ray ok, spirometry and ecg ok. I had this feelings for about one week, I also had a caugh .... all symptoms of pulmonary embolism. Noone made D dimer test. Ok ... so it was end of May. I also had weak legs for some days. Than on 5th of May I began to feel tingling, vibrating in my toes, both legs. After a few days I started to feel it in both legs, the whole legs. So this lasted for three weeks, very intense. As my skin is sensible to touch and it vibrates. Than In the middle of June I had again anxiety in my chest, also when I moved I felt a little pain in my ribs. I was scared it is PE, so I went to ER, all test ok, they did not order D dimer. So I made it myself ... it was 4000!!! That is why I went back, doctors said that I do not have real symptoms of PE. i WENT TO ER 4 times (it lasted 10 days), d dimer lowered on 2000, so they said that the dynamic od d dimer falling showes it is not PE? Strange answer but ok ... finally I got ct angigrapgy of the chest. Nothing there. But I thing if there was a PE, the clots already resolved, if they were any, what do you think? So the tingling, vibrating remained, in arms, legs, upper back, back of the head ... But it was getting better. End of June it was really better, tingling was present for some days, than it was better for a week. In July I found out I was pregnant, tingling, vibrating is still present but not so much, so intense. It is better for 80 percent. I am very affraid of getting sick, a cold or diarrheia, because I do not know if that is the cause ... because if it is, I think it can worsen things??? What are your experiences? What do you think could be the cause in my case? If you have an enterovirus your cardiolipin levels can be also elevated. In June I had MRI of brain neck, everything normal, thyroid level, B12 deficiency, Lyme, everything ok. In July I retested for cardiolipin and it was just 13, so really slightly elevated, low positive, which is not clinically significant, they said ...

Thumbs up New Priorities

I do not wish to sound crass but with a baby on the way I would think that any further testing should be out the window. For one thing your hormones are going to completely come alive. Secondly if you continued testing and found something that could be treated, you don't want to take any medications. You have new priorities now. Good Luck, Ken in Texas.

I had trauma in car wreck and had symptoms four days later. You had several things going on and because of my experience I would try to time the latest test or vaccination as being the cause. Good Luck, Ken in Texas. P.S. Many never do pinpoint the underlying cause. Unless it is diabetes it would not change the treatment options much.
