Default Sometimes I don't know what's worse

the autonomic symptoms- heart racing, breathing stuff, dizziness, digestive issues, waves of nausea.......
or the neuropathic pain.

Just venting.
I've been having an ok month. I still think I am improving, but boy is it slow. Just when I think maybe things are going to straighten out, I'm screwed up.

I want my strong body and norma life back. Still, I am thankful for the improvement that I have.

Funny you say that Healthgirl. I am feeling quite the same. October thus far is an improvement. The autonomic stuff is way better - much less dizzy and confused these days. Driving again and even some exercise mixed in. That said, the peripheral neuropathy is still going very strong at times and I have moments where I worry I am all the way back to those terrible days of the summer. When I look back in my journal and read some of the descriptions I realize things were much worse then so it could be reason for optimism. Just no more SETBACKS!

PS: For the first time got copper levels up to 74 from the low of 60 this summer so I am hoping there is a correlation and that there is a lot of upside from here.

How many mg and what type are you taking?
I am finding the copper sebacate to be the least harsh on my stomach.

Are you going all natural or do you take medicines for your illness?

Default Any sleep issues

H- I also have some autonomic symptoms although they have morphed - in the beginning I had autonomic attacks of headpain and pressure, nausea, dizziness, having to go to the bathroom - then I had the months of palpitations - now I have hellacious sleep apnea issues and at night I pee all night. I also feel like Im not getting air in when I sleep and even during the day my breathing is just not right. I don't know what kind of PN I have yet but I definitely have some autonomic dysfunction going on. 0

Its horrible.....Im sorry, I sympathize. I broke down during my kids Halloween party yesterday and literally wound up in the hospital where they did another brain MRI. Im convinced I have some horrible degenerative thing b/c how can a person's nervous system just collapse like this. And then I come on here and realize we are all dealing with levels of this junk that go beyond "just" nerve issues. Nerve issues are pervasive.
