I "think" it was here that a member talked about taking 3 grams (I think that's what I remember) and they were getting better sleep.
A friend told me also that glycine could help with arthritis, so I bought some glycine powder and started with 1/4 tsp a couple times a day and this was about 3 days ago or 4. I have an effective sleep combo but even better sleep is always welcome. So off I go with glycine and for the last couple days I was about falling asleep thru the day and thought oh the glycine addition. I've stopped it now and so far today eyes are wide open. Maybe if I were not taking my sleep stuff, it would be different but I'm not stopping my sleep combo. http://www.diethealthclub.com/dietar...s/glycine.html Again if the gylcine comment wasn't here, excuse me on that. |

Hi Caroline2,
I posted about the glycine. This is the only aid I use for sleep. So taking the glycine around an hour before bed works well. Its great to share helpful info with others. NT is a great place to learn. |
