Default Healing Damaged Nerve

Here is another opinion on "what to do". My right thigh and IT band down outside of thigh are so numb. I'm buying a Tens unit soon and maybe I'll go back on some alfalfa as noted in this "how to link". I took alfalfa years ago for arthritis help....don't remember my results so far back. Everything is worse today. This damage affects my whole leg, knee down to foot/ankle.
