Default I like this info from J. Teitelbaum

He mentions Inositol which I've been taking for some years and what I also use in my sleep remedy. And he even mentions a theraputic trial of natural thyroid support regardless of labs.

Back in 2002 after 10 yrs of a struggle trying to get help for what I believed was a sluggish thyroid but due to labs, MD said I was "normal".....

After calling a D.O. I had seen for years for my back and talking about thyroid, he called in for Armour, no labs, but he knew SYMPTOMS. After 4 days on Armour 10 yrs of depression lifted. He was my god, I think of him often and he's gone now. He was from the old school of doctors.

I know MOST here take the supps he mentions but I've not seen Inositol mentioned, it probably has been over the years before I arrived here or I've missed it.

Dr. Teitelbaum first came into my awareness back in 1999 when I was given the Fibro dx. Everyone was reading his book(s)..

Keep up the healing.

He was one of the doctors on the Thyroid Seminar (on line) that I listened to a couple of years ago. I have Hashimoto's too, so I found this very interesting and learned a lot.
