Default Does your burning get stronger late afternoon?

Everyday my burning starts to get worse around 3:00pm and continues until about 8pm. It gets somewhat better after I take gabapentin at 7:30pm. Could it be my brain knowing it's getting close to my evening dose? Btw I only take an evening dose. I also take most of my supplements in the morning so I'm wondering if I need to spread them out. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
Thanks. carol
