Considering detox that has B6 in it...

Hello,
I am considering a detox routine that would have me taking B6 (added from the capsules) to be total of approximately 6.5 mg a day spread over three times.
Again, the total daily B6 would be about 6.5 mg.
I had my B6 checked last month, without any supplementation of B6 ever and it was 49.
What do you all think.

I am going to take Betacol 1375, ChelaCo M1197, and LivaPlex (all made by Standard Process).
