Yesterday I started to get a bit of a headache. I noticed it outside and thought it was the cold air bothering me because it happened mostly when I breathed in through my nose.
Last night I was in terrible pain as it spread to my eyebrows, right temple, and top front of head. I finally got a little sleep with help from meds ![]() The pain is sharp and always worse when breathing in. Did this ever happen to anyone? |

I was getting this something terrible in my left nasal cavity. I have nerve pain deep in the left side of my face (atypical face pain stuff) so it was burning the left side of my sinus every time I took a breath. It's very concerning. Luckily, mine died down in fall and hasn't returned since. Fingers crossed.
