Default Digestive disorders Poop chart

For those of you that are curious as to what normal stool consistency and color should be, check this out.

How many of us could just be predisposed by having a fragile microbiome. Maybe a combination of genetics/ environmental and what types of microbes we happen to encounter.
Always searching...

With neuropathy, comes autonomic neuropathy which affects your bowel and bladder function.

I could talk endlessly about what this involves, but most people aren't interested.

We each have to find our own methods of compensating for the horror show that is bowel and bladder dysfunction.

Hugs, ElaineD

But I do have ideas.

I take a probiotic daily.....for one thing.

i can tell you since i have ibs, it never has been normal, i actually go through that whole chart.
the last 2 are diarrhea, i usually get it with food poisoning, oh and if your ibs positive, food poisoning/infection makes diarrhea worst.
except 2 or 3, which is normal shape.
