I had a good day yesterday. Low pain and mild autonomic problems. Of course not my old self, but the best it gets these days. Now this morning, I woke up at 5 am with muscles and nerves wigging out. I can't figure out what happened. Didn't overdo it yesterday, was able to get some sleep.
I checked to see if the pressure is dropping or rising and its steady. I know the temp dropped, but that's outside, not in here. I didn't even go out. Maybe its the moon:roll eyes: |

Yesterday was good for me too. My burning has lessened considerably. I still can't exercise as it is about an 80% chance I will burn for it and other symptoms I have not seen for months will show up. The main thing I'm left with now is a slight deep twitching in my feet. !st one then the other. They disrupt my sleep almost every night but if I am diligent with the Morton's Lotion I can go back to sleep. Not perfect, but I've learned to live like this.
Last night the twitching began as soon as I lay down and nothing stopped it. I did not do anything differently. I don't know that this helps you but at least you know you're not alone.

I think I took 20 steps backwards yesterday. It was in the minus temps here in Wisconsin and schools were closed. My facial pain was out of control and I could barely focus on work.
Today it's -7 and according to weather.com, it feels like -20. I'm not stepping a foot outside so I won't be able to verify that; thankfully I can work from home.

The cold seems to excite my humming, buzzing a lot. A whole lot. I rest a ton now. I seem to be a restful being at this point. Where heat makes me lethargic and almost dopey with flared symptoms the cold just cranks my symptoms.
I think my ability to get pockets of sleep has been my largest gain. I get around 5-7 hours a night. It is fractured, as I wake up often, but I am better at settling myself most nights and I accept the nights when that will not happen. I think Deep Space Nine is queued for a rewatch this round of winter, pending need. Best of luck my friends Jon
