Default Practical tips for living

What I really want to know is how do I go about living?

- any pressure on the inside of my arm near my elbow worsens my pain. So wearing layers of clothing + a coat is impossible. I'm cold.
- My fingers hurt so bad I hate to touch anything, but I have to touch things to work.
- I have Raynaud's too and I can't tell if my feet hurt b/c they're cold or my feet just hurt. I thought about trying toe-warmers but are they safe for me?

These are just some of my questions. Can anyone help with this kind of stuff? I'm not asking how to have less pain. I just want to know what others have done that help.
