Default The Brains Way of Healing!

My friends sister is a brilliant Chiropractor that just started to treat me with Low light Laser. During my last visit she told me about a book she thought might be of benefit "The Brains Way of Healing" by Dr. Norman Doidge. I think will read it and wanted to share the title considering we're all in the same boat looking for possible, positive, real help. of course it's not for everyone but I think it's worth reading. I will check my local library to start.

Neuroplacticity is essential and a wonderful characteristic of the human brain. A few years back I read some work on this, including from Doidge himself. It's truly amazing what the human brain is capable of.
