Default Interesting read on choline deficiency

I wonder how many of us have micronutrient deficiencies that helped propel us into inflammatory states? Just interesting.

So much happens with the gut bacteria. So much to learn.

I just started back on Now Foods Sunflower Lecithin soy free-non GMO. I had taken some lecithin many yrs ago but it dropped by the way. Just finding info again, I'm back on it and will give it some time to see if I notice any changes. Talking about the choline issue.

The oregon state link above talks about sphingomylein...well, there is a huge connection then with the Sphingolin I took for 3 months along with Inosine that got rid of the Burn issue I talked about from hip surgery Nerve Damage.

http://medical-dictionary.thefreedic.../sphingomyelin

I'm far from scientific but do have trust in naturopaths more than MD's....I have a post about these two supps I took on the suggestion of a naturopath. The burn issue is basically gone on my thigh.

This Sphingolin is suggested for MS patients also.
