I'm sure this would be difficult to determine unless you lower the dose of the gabapentin. Do you have autonomic neuropathy? Anxiety can be a major aspect of this.

I take a low dose of nortripyline (10 mg) for pain and anxiety. It's helpful for both. Perhaps you can discuss this with your neuro, and I'm sure others will weigh in here!
