Great stuff. I could go on for days about the greatness of benfotiamine but I would bore you all. I avoid B6 though i think it's easy enough to get that from food since too much of it is counterintuitive. Never have been able to figure out if PROGESTERONE is smart for men to be taking. My testosterone levels are fine.
