Default Can I get light touch back?

I started taking B12 and a multivitamin and over the course of several weeks, I seemed to get my sense of touch back. I was able to feel the wind against my skin more intensely than I had before supplementing. I felt the sun beat down on my hand. I realized that I also must have messed up my ankle at some point and was not feeling it. My sense of smell comes and goes - changes often. I never had any burning pain that I can remember so I'm not sure how the neuropathy could have gotten so bad.

This happened about a month ago now. At this point, I have gotten some feeling back a few times between then and now. I'm completely off supplements because of my unstable mood and the fact that my serum b6 got high.

My question is - can it be recovered? I've read conflicting views but I want to remain hopeful. I still have some sensation in my extremities but I can't tell how much. My doctors don't seem to really want to help me figure this out and I want to stop it or at least slow it. My neuropathy is one of the newer symptoms.

I'm considering going to Mayo clinic to get a diagnosis and additional help.

I'm not deficient in B12. I apparently became b6 toxic from my multi which only had 3 mg in it. I still don't know for sure if that's what is causing my neuropathy. I believe it is nutritional because I have been able to correct it.
