Default Those Pesky Lectins

I'm getting more and more involved in this Lectin issue, I knew about Lectins about 20 yrs from the Blood Type Book and knew that for my blood type, the Lectins in chicken muscle was to be avoided by my blood type B. So I did that for some time..then fell off and went back to eating chicken in recent years...chicken is so easy...BUT... And then there are the Beans... Wheats and Beans seem to be the major Lectin culprits. Here is an interesting informative link that mentions neuropathy too.

I'm starting NOW to eliminate most beans for a while and chicken (for me) and going to the lamb that I really do like...turkey too. Green veggies etc.

This Lectin issue has come up in the RA post in the Arthritis group and it's taking off as I can see. For me anyway. So many foods can make things worse for us and we don't know it. C
