I've put it on my Amazon wish list. They've raised the free shipping to $49 !! so it will be a short while as we add our needs to that list for another order.

You know in the past, Vits A and D have been in diaper rash remedies. You can still buy that --but it is in ointment form and greasy. I have used it however for hemorrhoid and fissure healing and sometimes on my feet.

There are also oral supplements for the skin. One nice formula is ACEs with zinc by Carlson's. (vits A, C, E, with selenium and zinc).

I'm glad to hear this cream is proving useful and catching on.

Pinkey, you're exactly right about it getting rid of the tingling and/or creepy crawlers feeling, at least that's precisely my experience with it. It can get bad for me some mornings when I awake, so I put it on immediately and voila, it's gone! If D is immuno-suppressive, then this function makes sense, but this needn't be the mechanism of action, or the only one. Who knows, but it does the job. :)

It is very nice. It is working already for my feet to reduce dryness and the awful purple color they turn. Also hubby is
finding quick results on his psoriasis.

We are both old now, so I wonder if skin in the elderly is

I'm using a tube a month now. From my knees down to my toes.

I really like it too and have added a couple other foot therapy products from iherb. My feet have gotten so worse in the last 5 yrs, went downhill since hip surgery and advanced OA.
Thanks again and I tell others about it too. I had burning in my toe areas and talked about it here, but it's not reared it's ugly head in a month or so. C

Still lovin the Vit D cream and my first tube is about gone now. I also added this one product since my feet had gotten so horrid with advanced OA. They are so improved, thank goodness.

So glad to hear that you've had such a positive experience with it, and with the other cream. I use it each morning. Takes the pain and so much else away. If it didn't keep me awake at night because of the D, I would use it before bedtime too.

I am going to buy the Now vitamin D that was recommended here.

I get a charley-horse almost nightly in both legs. I am putting a magnesium lotion on (Ancient Minerals) about every other night. It seems to help.

My question is, do I still take a magnesium supplement, and if so what kind? There is magnesium in my daily vitamin and calcium supplement.

It's an awful thing when it hits in both legs during the night because I have to jump out of bed to relieve the pain, and I'm so afraid of falling. My neuropathy has progressed significantly over the past 15 years, but so far is only in my feet and ankles.

I'm wondering if you ever heard of anyone developing plantar warts because of PIN. I had a wart removed from the shin on my left leg, and then a plantar wart on the ball of my left foot. About a month later I had one removed on the ball of my right foot which took 3 times before a Dermatologist froze it off. It seems to be better now. The pain after the treatment was excruciating, worse than labor pains. I was actually crying with pain for a day after. The doctor did tell my the pain would get worse before it got better. I hope I never have to go through that again.

Plantar warts are a virus, and I don't understand how I got them because I never walk barefoot. They were on the bottom of both feet in exactly the same place. That's why I wondered if it had anything to do with PIN. But of course the doctors don't know.
