Plantar warts might signal poor immune functioning in the skin.

Try the NOW D cream in those locations too.

It is not likely that the magnesium in your mixed product is the good kind that is absorbable. Most mixtures are all or mostly magnesium oxide, which does not get thru the GI tract at all.

So do check that. I'd put the NOW cream where you get your
charley horse cramps. The Vit E in there will improve circulation.
Make sure you eat foods high in potassium also. That may help too.

I might add this too, since using the two new creams the burning I've had on my right foot is no longer. My issues for the most part with the feet are OA but who knows could also be issues from hip surgery, same side of my body. My right side of body is very numb from nerve damage from the surgery. I've never had a wart and can't say enough about taking grape seed ex for it's anti viral, anti fungal, anti bacterial properties..it's a powerful antoxidant. I'm headed to 21 yrs taking it. C

The first few ingredients on the magnesium lotion that I use are: Water - Genuine Zechstein? (Whatever that is) - Magnesium Chloride - Organic Vegetable Glycerine, etc.

This is what I was referring to about the "supplement" and that if it is "stearate" or oxide, you are not getting any magnesium into the tissues from it. It is passing out in your stool.

The topical you are using is only an aqueous liquid...it has no carrier lotion (oil based) to move the magnesium thru the skin. The skin has a barrier to any aqueous solution, and the mag is not likely to get thru it well.

The lotion by Morton's which was newly discontinued, did carry the mag into the body. I really love the Morton's.
