Default B12 Foot Injections - Atlanta??

One of the few things that actually helps my foot pain are B12 injections. I've literally tried dozens of therapies and this is one of the few that actually work.

However, I cannot find any doctors around Atlanta, GA that perform these injections directly into the feet.

If you know of any doctors around Atlanta that offer these, I would really appreciate a name.
